MISSION

To educate people about Clinical Somatics, and to give them the tools to get out of pain and take care of their musculoskeletal health for the rest of their lives.

One in three people lives with chronic pain. That’s more people than suffer from cancer, heart disease, and diabetes combined. Chronic pain costs the United States about $600 billion annually in health care and lost productivity–that’s roughly $2,000 each year for every person living in the U.S.

Clinical Somatics will have a profound effect on the chronic pain epidemic. Imagine if everyone knew how to prevent and relieve their own muscle and joint pain. Medications and surgeries would be reserved for acute and unavoidable cases of pain and injury, and health care costs would go down.

More importantly, our quality of life would improve. Imagine feeling empowered to prevent and relieve your own pain, and to improve your posture and movement, instead of feeling like you’re at the mercy of the aging process. Imagine being able to be as active as you want to be throughout your life.
